2.2 Cancellation Processing Time

We will process your cancellation request within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

2.3 Access After Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your access to subscription-only content and features will be discontinued.

For example, if you are billed on the 1st of each month and you cancel on the 15th, you will have access to subscription features until the end of the month.

3. Auto-Renewal

All our subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. This means that unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

    • Full refunds for cancellations made 14 or more days before the event
    • Partial refunds (50%) for cancellations made 7-13 days before the event
    • No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event

6. Account Deletion

Canceling a subscription is different from deleting your account. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please:

  • Failed payment after multiple attempts to charge your payment method
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
